1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you contact us, request a quote, or enter into a Service Agreement, we collect information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, service address, and the contents of your messages.
Information from service delivery. Operating regulated waste collection requires us to maintain manifests and chain-of-custody records that may include waste generator identity, EPA identification number, pickup location, waste classification, and weight. These records are retained as required by federal and state law.
Information collected automatically. When you visit this website, our web server logs your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and bill for waste collection, transport, treatment, and reporting services.
- To meet our legal obligations under federal and state regulations governing hazardous waste manifesting and chain of custody.
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To improve our services and internal operations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information with the following categories of recipients only as needed:
- Service providers such as our payment processor, accounting platform, and IT infrastructure providers. These providers are bound by contract to use the information only to provide their services to us.
- Regulators such as the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT/FMCSA), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), as required by applicable manifest-reporting and chain-of-custody regulations.
- Designated treatment and recovery facilities that receive the regulated material we transport, as part of the chain-of-custody documentation.
- Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
4. Data Retention
We retain manifest and chain-of-custody records for at least three (3) years from the date of pickup, as required by federal and California hazardous waste regulations, and longer where applicable law requires. We retain billing records for the period required by tax and accounting law. Other personal information is retained only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information in our custody, including encrypted transport (TLS) on this website and access controls on our internal systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA"), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.
